eClinicalWorks times out every 30 minutes, regardless of activity/inactivity. This creates a significant slow down where providers and staff are continuously having their workflow interrupted and must continuously re-login. This is especially problematic when using multiple computers in a networked practice. Staff and practitioners are forced to stop their workflow to sign back in to eClinicalWorks. Ultimately, this leads to multiple system lock outs throughout the day and significant frustration for providers and staff.
