- The medication contraindication/medication interaction pop up box appears multiple times in the patient workflow. In each patient visit there are at least 3 times this interaction box interrupts workflow. There is no longer a setting with the recent updates to disable this interaction pop-up.
Furthermore, when the setting for this pop-up is changed to only pop-up for severe drug interactions, the pop-up still appears for interactions labeled “mild” and “moderate”.
