Hello, my name is Dr. Rene U. Pulido, MD and I am the owner and founder of eMed Multispecialty Group. I am a Mayo clinic trained family medicine physician, and I have owned my practice for more than 10 years. I am also the founder and president of Northeast Florida Hispanic Medical Association. Over the years, I have received national recognition for my work with minority groups. Today I am giving up my most precious commodity, my time. I am doing this for the sole purpose of making my complaints against eClinicalWorks public through this website. I have seen the significant difficulties this platform has caused in my medical practice and my ability to treat my patients and honestly, I cannot stand to watch this continue.

                For years I have been a happy and loyal client of eClinicalWorks. This medical platform used to be a simple, effective, user friendly, and powerful platform that my office could use for a multitude of services. But over the years, it has devolved to my practice’s number 1 impediment. It has single-handedly become our biggest stumbling block to getting any type of productive work done in a time efficient manner. I am even willing to state that it has become so difficult to use that it puts my patients lives and my practice at risk.

                I am not sure what has happened with eClinicalWorks upper management over the years or why they feel it is important to exponentially increase the complexity, difficulty, and ineffectiveness of their product. It seems with every update they feel it is most important to make their product worse. I feel strongly at this time I can longer support or recommend eClinicalWorks to my peers.

                Attached this website you will find an ongoing list of complaints myself or my office has already tried to resolve through help tickets, online chat sessions, or phone calls multiple times and ultimately made no progress. If there is anybody out there who is smarter than I am and has possible solutions to these problems, please leave a comment in the comment section under the problem.
